The first photography project I assigned myself was stranger portraiture.

Random encounters while on road trips in small Colorado towns, or walking around local spots.

It was scary at first, but very quickly, these encounters became the highlights of my days because most often, strangers would open up and share a moment of deep connection with me.

I love people. No matter how dark
our world gets. No matter how polarized it feels like we are from each other, I believe in the power of people.

Deep down, we are all good.

We all have unique ways of seeing and thinking, and I am endlessly curious about humanity in its myriad forms.
